Function description:

As a steel fixer, you work on the construction site, mounting reinforcement to concrete structures such as walls, foundations, columns or columns. You will be responsible for the foundation of the new structure before pouring the concrete. Reinforcing bars are also made to the appropriate size by cutting them. Additionally, the bars are bent in arcs to obtain a solid whole and to ensure that the reinforcing steel stays in place while pouring the concrete. It is your responsibility to carry out various activities in accordance with the applicable instructions and regulations. Making formwork for pouring concrete, reading construction drawings, cutting, bending, tying and braiding reinforcing steel, as well as pulling and feeding wire.

Who are we looking for?

You have experience as a steel fixer, reading construction drawings is easy for you. You are quality oriented, because precision and small details matter to you. Compliance with health and safety rules in the workplace is not a problem for you. You like working in a team, you have a positive attitude.

YOU HAVE ALSO :

proffesional diplomas for MIG/ MAG/TIG welding is a welcome, 

knowledge of English / Dutch at a level that allows easy communication,

own accommodation in the recruitment area, 

own transport,
