One of our clients in Noord-Brabant is looking for several motivated production workers.

Workplace :

After harvesting, mushrooms and other fungi are prepared for sale and packaged for customers. Loose mushrooms in trays are then sent to the packaging department for packaging. Here, every tray is checked to ensure the desired weight and quality and is then furnished with a top seal, foil or lid with the correct label. Next the packaged mushrooms are stacked in containers or boxes on the pallet, ready for delivery.

Main Duties :

*Packing products into punnets or boxes while tipping low quality product and product that is unfit for customer,

*Scanning and palletising products,

*Setting up packing machine to wrap product types while ensuring efficient use of labels and film keeping wastageto a minimum,

*Comply with the Company’s Food Safety Policy,

Who we looking for?

If you are a positive and confident person who can work unsupervised, we would be delighted to meet you. Previous factory/warehouseexperience is an advantage, but not a requirement. You can quickly acclimate and adapt to changes in a new environment. Then we are looking for you!

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

You have accommodation in the region of Zeeland, Handel, Veghel, Gemert, Boekel, Volkel, Uden of nearby,

You have a basic knowledge of English or the Dutch language,

You have you own transportation to get to work,

You can be capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment,

You have a sense of responsibility, self-motivated, the ability to work in a team and ability to manage time effectively,

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM SELENAY BEFORE YOU START?

Good salary in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement,

The working hours for this position are in one shifts from 8.00 - 17.00,

A guaranteed fulltime job 40 hours per week from Monday until Friday,

A full-time job with a prospect of permanent employment,

Entitlement to allowance for work in a shift system and for overtime,

25 days of paid leave per year,

You receive travel expanses depending on how far you live away from the workplace,

Once every two months , you can work on Saturdays. This is not mendatory, but you will be rewarded with a high extra shift allowances of 50% top of your regular salary,
